The bankers are extremely helpful, honest and professional, straight to the point. Outstanding customer service. Everyone is responsive, educated and run smooth transactions. Highly recommend bank.
Kaylea at the Elkins branch was beyond helpful when pursuing a house mortgage. Even though all our doings were over email with a 4-hour time difference (AK > WV), she was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt, organized, and so communicative! 10/10 Recommend!
