“Grateful that there's a Y in this small town. The place is friendly, and most of the equipment is in good working order. The men's steam room is awesome: gets hot n steamy in just a couple minutes. The sauna has the potential to be a good experience, but I've never seen a sauna room that takes so long to get heated up. We're talking 2 or 3 hours to reach Palm Springs temps (115 degrees-ish), so if you're there for the sauna, don't come in early enough that you're the first to turn it on or you'll lose half the day waiting for it to get above 125 degrees, which is still low for a sauna and is the hottest I've ever seen it get to. Rumor has it that one of the heat elements isn't working. Seems like that oughta get fixed then.”
