Line was all the way to back of store , I went to the back and told the workers that the one cashier was overwhelmed and needed help and was told oh well the other cashier is on break
No manager to help and not one person offered to try to help
Horrible customer service and the workers that were supposed to be stocking and organizing the shelves were standing around talking to each other or on their phone

I first visited this store a couple months the ago. I live in Petersburg Wv and it's the closest goodwill to me. I've been to the ones in Charleston and this one by far is so much nicer
This one here in elkins is really big compared to the ones in Charleston. I'm going back tomorrow. Finley have a fee hrs off work to run over there. Last time my son went with an he found several nice shirts an a sweater he just loves. Hoping we have good luck again tomorrow.

Was a 50% off tag on 3 of my items n when I went to check out they riped the 50% tag off n said that should have been removed n I had to pay full price

Was in line waiting to be checked out and was rudely told by the worker she was going on break so we had to be placed further back in the other line. When brought up to the manger Zach he seemed to not care and actually stood up for her actions. Not the type of customer service I was expecting from a non profit who relies on ppl for their donations.

I must say the prices is just way over the top everything is just way over the priced !! Sometimes you can find something good with a decent price but I found in Buckhannon and Bridgeport has better items some better prices on things

I have shopped at many Goodwill stores throughout WV and other states as well and this one is hands down the most expensive one I’ve found.For example, in Virginia it doesn’t matter if the t-shirt has Under Armor written on it or if it was bought at Walmart, they’re all the same price, but at this Goodwill the “brand name” clothing sells for much higher prices! Even if they’re not in like new condition! Ridiculous! It was all donated for free and it should all be priced the same regardless of what brand it is.

Elkins Goodwill is just great. I have found so many useful things at this Goodwill. Their new prices and inventory is great. I will admit I do not find what I am looking for all the time but I always find things to buy almost every time I go shopping there. Their inventory keeps changing, so I never know what treasures I am going to find. And If I am not buying some great clothes for myself I can always find some for someone else. The staff is great and always helpful. And I always donate my things to Goodwill. I love this Goodwill. Keep up the great work everyone.

Very happy with the service at goodwill. The sales team is always willing to assist costumers with any questions or concerns. The management and all team members are always kind, friendly, and personable. Sabrina and Zach are a few names that come to mind. Will certainly continue to shop here.

This is by far the best Goodwill I have ever shopped at. Very well managed and organized. Managers Sabrina and Zach were very helpful and answered any questions I had. Very satisfied and I will continue shopping here.

i frequent this store as often as i can, and i love it! the pricing is fair, the items are always in excellent condition, and the staff is always very kind and helpful. the store manager, sabrina george is always quick to help and always has a positive aura about her. you can tell she enjoys her job and is cut out for it! the assistant manager, zackary mallow is also always extremely helpful and kind. i recommend shopping here, you are more than likely to find many hidden treasures! ?✔️?

Prices are now based on brand names. Without a guarantee or ability to return items that dont work. Told they test all items before putting out.. but then how do they test the items with no charging cords, battery and one took apart finding it has no brain to even run it. But told it was tested. At 25% off the price of a new one. If your gonna charge so much then there should be somtime of guarantee..

The Goodwill market has completely changed for the worse. Anything, seriously anything they can profit off of they will. You are seeing clothes worth nothing priced highly. It is just sad to see considering Goodwill claims to be “nonprofit”.
