“My husband and I came to this location to transfer from another phone company. In addition to doing so, my husband’s current phone was extremely water damaged and very hard to navigate on and deal with. Luckily, we got the best customer service ever from a gentleman by the name of Jesse. We came in a little before 6PM and Jesse was finishing up with customers that came in before us. We took a seat and waited (not very long) for our turn. Jesse promptly helped us get transferred over to our new phones and even stayed over an hour past close to make sure that everything was finished setting up and that all of our questions were answered. He even transferred everything over from our waterlogged phone, which was not an easy task as the screen was very messed up from the water damage. I assured him that I understood him needing to leave at closing, but he reassured us that we were not a bother and that he was happy to stay over and help. We made great conversation with Jesse and really felt confident in our transfer to T-Mobile because of him. I boast on Jesse because I truly feel that he went above and beyond in his quality of customer service. If I could give more stars because of him, I absolutely would!”
