The Isaac Jackson Hotel is a good, clean, and comfortable hotel, described as an absolute pleasure to stay at. It is a low-cost, no-frills option that is just right for a family. The rooms and lobby are beautiful, neat, clean, and well-maintained, with wonderfully comfortable beds and luxurious sheets. The staff are friendly, helpful, and clearly proud of their work. The hotel is close to downtown Elkins and the excursion train station, and is across from the hospital with minimal traffic noise. A complimentary breakfast is included and is wonderful with good flavor, though some note the selection is somewhat limited and the food is not overly hot. The on-site restaurant is closed. There is a lovely outside patio for summertime. Some drawbacks include the curb appeal, with landscaping gone to seed and an exterior of seemingly unfinished projects. The parking lot is dark and there is no handicapped parking. Some guests also found the weighted comforters too warm. Despite these points, the hotel is highly recommended for those in the area.
Good clean hotel, no frills, low cost and just right for a family. Breakfast is wonderful, good flavor, nice selection. Across from the hospital but there was minimal traffic noise, even on a Saturday night. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area

Very good, comfortable room. This hotel was formerly known as the Isaac Jackson Hotel. It is close to downtown Elkins and the excursion train station. Breakfast was included but the choices were somewhat limited.
