Clean, organized, and well stocked. Used self checkout and it didn't give me my change asked for assistance. She said you just got to beat the crap out of it. Proceeded to and got my change. It was entertaining and helpful.

Been shopping here for year won't be coming back they have no registers open and they guy working self check out just stands there and stares at you when ask to help he tells you you have to wait I could understand if he was actually helping another customer but was not he was trying to agitate me on purpose

Worst grocery store ever. I waited 5 minutes at self checkout for an employee to help me. No registers open just self checkout. Always a problem when I shop here. Don't waste your money here.

Don’t put in a application for this place they don’t know how to communicate and when I went it there to start they said I was supposed to start a few days prior and Sabrina Swecker was very disrespectful

This Kroger needs better management, they never have front page sale items, the meat department (if that's what you want to call it) NEVER has what is advertised and if they do manage to put some meat out it is horribly cut. Every cart they have barely moves and as you're struggling to push it around the disgusting unclean store you won't find anyone working in the departments as they leave before you can need or ask for anything. Hey Mr. and Miss. Kroger shut this store down remodel it and get new and better management, yes it will cost money but it's better than what you're doing now which is very little with a horrible experience.

Just visited this kroger, My husband was outside waiting for me and was sitting on a small piece of lawn next to our motorcycle, It appeared that a manager from the location came and took a picture of him.
When he confronted her, she said she did not, but, then she said that they don't like Vagrancy in the area, So the fact that she is justifying an unacceptable behavior confirms to me that she was Indeed taking a picture.
This is unacceptable on multiple levels. I was in the grocery store, less than fifteen minutes, My husband dressed in full motorcycle riding leathers, Sitting next to a bike worth twenty thousand dollars.
He Did not need to be harassed by someone who has no awareness of what's going on.
She should have had a conversation with her leadership, Waited more time than fifteen minutes and at least had a cordial conversation with him rather than taking a picture without consent.

Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the parking lot and the store itself seemed dated.
Second time I've been back....not one employee smiles. Strikes me as the saddest store I've ever been in.

Worst Kroger Ive ever seen! I was there today and I’ll Never go back! Stock boy stinks so bad I almost lost my stomach from him stocking shelves in the row I was in. He has grey greasy hair and smells like a trash can. It’s disgusting. The store is dirty enough, Your employees should be clean. Someone please buy him some soap it’s $1. He has no business working in a grocery store touching merchandise being that dirty. Where’s the pride? Every other Kroger is amazing. Elkins Kroger's is run down and to add to it they hire this grown man that doesn’t bath.
Its gross. I mentioned to the cashier she just said yeah like she knows. Come on.
No thanks, Wont be back!

Need more cashiers and baggers. Person at uscan was too busy talking to another employee to notice the "help is on the way" voice and screen screaming. Stood there looking inher direction for 5 minutes before she finally seen my irritated look. Office is never open so good luck if u need a refund

Been to the kroger fuel station twice in the last two weeks and both times they had bags on the diesel pumps
