Was very surprised and pleased. The owner has thought of everything. You can't just clean your laundry here. There are drinks and snacks available and you can also read books.

I am a full-time RV traveler. Having to do laundry on the road is not always pleasant. But Mary’s laundromat is one of the cleanest nicest laundromats I’ve ever been in. Kimmy and especially Sherry keep that place so neat and tidy.! It’s nice to actually have a person there on duty to make change and answer questions. I wish all laundromats was like Mary’s.

It’s clean but short mean old lady won’t let you run a 30 minute wash an hour before they close. There’s definitely nicer people to give your money to

Yeah don't trust that they close when they say they do that short mean old lady says you can't an hour in a half before when you only need 30 minutes I mean seriously?!?!?

Overall, the place was clean. When we arrived, there were plenty of washers and dryers to choose from. About half way through the wash cycle, there was an abundance of people that came in worth multiple loads of laundry. The place filled quickly.

Fluff 'n Fold for two baskets next day for $22! Unheard of! I just moved up from Charleston and the same service at three different locations in that area is a minimum of $70 and at least a two or three-day wait.Attentive staff who is courteous and professional. 4 different detergent choices to choose from.What more can you say for those of us without a washer and dryer or who don't have time to do our own laundry.Highly Recommend!!!!

The laundromat itself is very nice and is always clean but many times the washer and dryers have not worked. The washer left my clothes soaking and certain dryers don’t want to dry. The main reason I’m giving it one star is because the customer service is absolutely horrible. Every time I go there the employees seem to have an attitude that they have to get me change. They never at least say hello or smile they always look like you’re inconveniencing them by being there. I’ve worked in customer service for 4 years and it’s just not that hard to at least smile or say hi how are you. Sad people can’t just be friendly.

Dryers don’t work, staff is rude and always look angry to have customers, washer broke in the middle of my cycle and left my clothes soaking wet.

I am disabled the full time worker never offered to help me..other customers came in after me and were rude. I ended up having to take my wet clothes to another laundromat.
