#74 in Green Bank WV recently leased by ParMar, used to be privately owned and ran. Probbly new management and staff still learning but....the pumps never have paper receipts, always understaffed, (wait at register whether there is one customer or 10 customers), difficulty with point of sale register or lottery transactions, normally only one register open.
