Talk about going the extra mile for a customer. These folks right here are the real deal my friends.
From helping me out when they should have been closing to going out of their way to help with my odd requests, and even giving me directions to find their store.
I cannot say enough good things about the General Manager and the employee Trey.
This is the place to spend your money at folks. These are the guys that have what you need! I got beds, dressers, couch, tv stand, ect. All on a moments notice too.
Work placed me in fairmont suddenly and Id be sleeping on the floor without these folks and so would my family.
Fairmont Aarons saved my day!
Ill be back here to get more items. I confidently suggest you do like wise.

This is the worst possible place to deal with. Aarons has a great selection and it's easy to get furniture from them. The problem is that they call before the payment is even due. Our payment is due on the 15th of the month never missed a payment and after over a year or making the payments they started calling every month by the 4th saying our payment was due. Then they went too far they came to my home knocking on the door and it still wasn't past due!! That was bad enough but when our security camera caught the guy trying to look through our closed blinds that was way too far!! They continue to call before the payment is due what's the deal???!!! I will never in my life recommend using the one in Fairmont WV. I don't know if other ones are the same but the people at that one are beyond rude. If you do use them make sure you make your payment online using the app. I know a few people who said they were paying them cash at the store and even getting a receipt but somehow the payment wasn't deducted off their account. I only pay online and that's what I recommend if you do use them but also be warned they will harass you all the time even before your payment is due. They try to come take your stuff back once it's almost paid off so they can resell it to someone else.

It is not very often anymore an employee will take the initiative to go the extra mile.(Example drives me nuts when you ask for help to locate something and they point or say aisle 64) i mean come on! Just walk me to it!Anyway getting off subject! So Today… the manager went the extra mile. It was actually something he really didn't need to do but he surprised me and made a call and went the extra mile! Not something I was expecting either! (Like walking with me to show me where something is) lol Anyway because of this wonderful unexpected customer service it definitely made it so I would come back or send someone there!Thank you for making my day with something so simple! I love my pillars. They look awesome in my dining room!

I have been dealing with this Aaron's in Fairmont, since they first opened in Fairmont, but not where they are located now at White Hall. I checked my records and I have bought more than $20,000 of merchandise from them I believe I am a member in Gold standing with them I have bought everything from bedroom suits living room suits appliances washers dryers gaming systems even riding lawn mower you name it. I know I could buy these things cheaper someplace else , but here is the thing, I made my payments every month and mostly on time, and after more than 15 years buying from them , all I got to do is pick up the phone tell them what I want, and they bring it soon as they can. Makes me feel like a big shot. But I know I am not. They make me feel welcome, very friendly, and they make me feel special. What more can I say

They immediately scheduled my delivery for the next business day *and* gave mr a free month on my chair for the inconvenience of waiting so long on the washer despite the fact it wasn't their fault but the plague's. Well done! A+++
