I have a huge shout out to Reid. I came in to figure out why I couldn't raise footstool on my wheelchair. As an amputee I need my chair so I can feel normal and get out of house. Reid's can do attitude and dogged determination to resolve my issue was outstanding. Just wanted you to know that Reid is a valued employee.
