“I banked at another bank for 20 years and they would not refinance my two vehicles so I could take advantage of a lower interest rate, There was no real good reason given to me, but you would think when you bank with a bank for 20 some years have almost an 800 credit score and the income and never missed a payment that your bank would approve you but no, that was my case. I went to Huntington Bank Carletta there was great very helpful. She stuck in it and got both the loans approved so I opened up accounts there and canceled them at my other bank. Their app is great. I’m so happy I made the change.”
