Good experience. Store was clean and employees were nice. Everything was well stocked and prices were good. Checkout was quick.

It's not as neat and organized as it was then .
They had 2 girls store managers and were re ally good. The floor workers cared. about th mey had work ethics. You could find stuff now you can barely get down the isles stuff is all over the place very disorganized.
Why do you put your dollar pet food items on the isle after the pet food and why do you take out the individual cans of food from a box
And sell separately that's price Gouging. They don't care today the workers very rare, unless they are over 40.

First time trying to go there, the doors were locked. The woman gettting into her car told us it was because there was not enough staff to work. The second time they told us it was because someone had covid. This is the third time in a row where the doors have been locked. The excuse this time is the air conditioning is out. There's many other Dollar Generals in the area. Drive to one of them, & avoid this particular one because you'll just be wasting your time.

I was at the self check the worker was there but walked away. I bought something that needed them to allow. I stood there for almost 15 mins. The other girl came up and was checking out a customer. I politely ask if she could help me. She said she didn’t have her key card. She checked out 3 more customers. While I stood there another 10 mins. When she checked out the 4 th customer I was livid!! I have a twisted spine and it hurts to walk. That is why I didn’t go look for her. The light was blinking for them to know I needed help. They were both rude but it is the second girl I was furious about. Not only was she extremely rude but didn’t care. I had walked past her while I was shopping and she was stocking. I said how are you. She said “whatever” further more she saw I could not walk very well and still made me stand there so long I felt dizzy from the pain. So I said forget it and as I walked past her she said “by bitch”. I am beyond furious. She was the tall one and she said this at 12::50 pm. I was at the self check at 12:25 pm. Look at the camera and see the incident. They used to be friendly at that store. Now I won’t step foot in that place anymore. I have never been so livid in my life. I was shaking.
