When you place an order it shouldn't take 2½ hours to deliver. I called three times and was put on hold, and forgotten about. I asked for a refund and was denied.

If you want hair in your food this is the place to go. 1 hair I was like “oh gross ok.” 2 hairs I was like “ok get it together that’s really nasty.” Seriously, pull your hair up it isn’t that hard. I love dominoes but I think I’ll take my money elsewhere that actually cares about the quality they give their customers. NASTY!

Called at 11:15 and they said that they were closed when the website says 12:00 was going to order for 2 family's but they lost that sale.

Took over an hour plus the get my pizza.. ordered online and didn't get there for 30 minutes and still had to wait another 35 minutes... normally, it is always ready and on time..

Normally I would say they are great, however when you wait 15 minutes after you are done cooking my order to call and tell me that you have no drivers for my delivery???????? W O W! Horrible customer service and terrible store for doing that to anyone ? thumbs down ?
