I recently visited Grease Monkey on Fairmont Ave for a standard oil change. I was able to have my vehicle serviced right away and enjoyed a hot coffee in the lobby during my wait. I was welcomed and thanked for my business by the owner himself! He was pleasant to talk with and spoke very highly of his technicians and experienced staff; as a fellow business owner this is so nice to hear. During the service appt, I also had an automatic transmission service and a rear differential service. I was appreciative of their attention to detail, communication with me during the service appt, and their transparency of the maintenance needed and/or being done to my vehicle. My husband and I have many of our vehicles serviced here and will continue to thanks to the customer service and quality of service provided!

Been meaning to send a review for the three years that I’ve been using Grease Monkey for periodic oil, changes, and radiator and transmission flushes. The crew At the Grease Monkey in Fairmont, West Virginia (612 Fairmont Abe) are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in an honest way. It’s always an enjoyable experience getting oil changes for my vehicles there. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the service you provide, and the individuals who provide it there.

The waiting area is very clean. The coffee and snacks are always stocked. The customer service is 10/10.
