I occasionally go here to get ammo because they usually have a decent selection. I have made several purchases here for truck accessories, ammo and a pistol. I will say the only reason I shop here at all is because the prices and availability. The customer service could be so much better. Owners are usually rude and won't help with any questions about their products. BUT TODAY I WITNESSED A NICE, POLITE AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEE. I haven't ever seen him in the store before and I even made the comment to him that he was the best gun runner employee that I have ever dealt with.

I was looking for a camper top for my boyfriend's truck and I went to this store. The staff was very nice, specially Willy and Brian. They have very competitive pricing and high quality products. Overall I had a great customer service experience and I will definitely go back.

I moved from Boston recently to West Virginia. I have a license to carry a concealed firearm back in Massachusetts which aren't easy to get today. I found out that there not valid here. The guys at Gun runners ran a back ground check, valid drivers license and proof of address in less than a half hour I was approved . I picked out a hand gun I was treated with respect and honesty made it easy. Definitely would go back for another purchase!Thanks Gun Runners

I placed an order for Weather-Tech products for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. The products arrived in a timely manner. The pricing & installation cost was very reasonable. Ryan was a sweetheart to deal with. Ryan offered to walk to my truck, went over what they did & show me the correct operation of the bed cover. Its so nice to buy from a local business that has been in a family as long as Ridge Runner has. Thanks to the installers, they did a great job!

Bought a new trail boss and ordered a camper-top shell from them. When they installed it they put a dent in my rear passenger fender! When pointed out to them they denied it, while telling me they had video of the whole installation. The video was not reviewed, or was the mechanics questioned!!!If you want to keep your stuff nice I would definitely go elsewhere!!
