Never buy a car from here unless you have money to burn! Had a Subaru, a reliable brand from what I've been told, lasted not even a year. The engine had a catastrophic failure within that time after putting almost 3000 dollars worth of parts in the car. When we went back and asked the owner about it he laughed in our face and told us what he wanted him to do. I've told everyone I know in Fairmont now to stay away from this lemon stand!!

We bought a suv off of Joey and now we can't get it legal unless we pay again for the title fee. Then he said he fixed the stuff that need done and had it for 2 weeks and didn't fix the stuff like said. Because we tried to get the stick put on it they failed it for the same issue and they said nothing was changed. Then the west virginia attorney General contacted us about him and we told them everything and send all the stuff to them for all this. He known my daughter had a 3 month old son that was going to be in there. But he must not care at all. Call the attorney General in west virginia about any issue with this dealer or company. They will tell you all that's going on and have you file a complaint and have you send them everything for proof of what he's doing. Please don't deal with him at all. Please call the attorney General office in west virginia about issue your having. Don't just let it go. There stuff they can do. West Virginia has alot of laws he won't tell you. We find all that out of a good west virginia dealer that was truthful and told us what to deal. He said he has to pay for the title and tax fees. So did the attorney General. We tried to deal with him in a nice way. No more.

Junk vendorCar was on empty so i could not make a proper test drive, tires were flat on arrival. Dealer actually admitted that there was loose parts on the car causing the tires to make knocking sound so safety is no concern here, after telling them it was not worth price he threw a temper tantrum very childish. Very sad excuse for a car salesman. Great place if you like buying unreliable unsafe rides for almost double the bluebook value. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and get yourself a nice dependable car.

If I called them thieves, I’d be insulting thieves. Their word is as useless as their cars! STAY AWAY.

Bought a Honda Civic that wouldn't run after the first week. Took it back twice to give them a chance to fix it but didn't do anything to it except take out the check engine light bulb to make us think it was fixed but it certainly wasn't. Traded for a Pontiac that only lasted two weeks. Wouldn't stand by the 30 day warranty. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!When we went back to the lot to discuss Joey told us we were liars, to take him to court, and get off his lot. So I guess that's exactly what we are going to do. We asked for the owners number and he refused to give it to us. Such horrible people....all I wanted was a dependable car so I could get to work and know my kids were in a safe vehicle. Garbage...

Bought a car back in February only to find out the transmission was shot, had bald tires on it I had a wrench light come on and they tried to tell me it was for an oil change just to find out it needed a service check because the transmission was going out. I had to pay out of pocket to fix what was wrong with it and now it drives like a normal car. Just beware of what your buying

Greg was the easiest used car salesman we have ever worked with, he got us in the car we wanted, sold us a good quality car. Their mechanic even worked out a couple bugs in no time, we have been happy with it. Go see Greg or Ryan if you want to have a hassle free used car buying experience. They have some nice cars on their lot and even a few antiques. (Parade Cars)....

I inquired about a vehicle that I saw online and spoke to Jamie who was one of the most professional car salesman I've ever encountered. I told him I was coming from out of state to purchase a vehicle and he and Alex made the experience one of the easiest I've ever had buying a car. I highly recommend Hilltop Motor Co.

Horrible, horrible dealership. Liars all of them. Buyers beware! We drove almost 5 hours one way to look at a 2000 Pontiac Firebird that we thought until we arrived was being sold by an individual. We talked to themOn the phone several times, they never indicated they were a dealership. We bought the car anyway because our 16 year old really loved the car. And wanted it for her first car. It was from a dealership so at least we get the tags and title no hassle right? Drove it all the way home 5 hours only to find all kinds of issues. They lie about state inspection stickers too. I have pictures to prove it. No inspection sticker anywhere on the vehicle when we bought it. None. The motor mounts were shot, the exhaust needed to be repaired, the tires wouldn’t hold air. The light motor was going bad. (They did tell us about that one though.) Have spent over a thousand since bringing it home just to fix its issues. We got temporary tags, but just got the title in the mail, and we ourselves have to finish that part. (Even though the dealership was paid to do that part. ) My husband has tried calling them about our issues, they just push it off on someone else or tell us to call back later. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Just an up date am going to have to replace the Motor, and still no help or communication from the car lot expect for they tried to get the guy fixing the van to add the tow to his bill for us. And co.e to find out when we first drove the van the air bag light was on and they said they fixed it but all they did was take the bulb out. After paying almost 7000.00 cash for a Honda Van off them and having 6 or 7 months, it been broke down. Has something to do with blowing a spark plug and Karl said it was nothing I did and was nothing the car lot did, it can just happen. They acted like they where going to help even let me have it towed to there shop to be looked at. But then had it towed to Ursul Honda to be fixed still thought they where going to help but nope, had to pay them almost 200.00 to get it towed some where else because they wanted close to 2000.00 to fix it, found a nice guy to fix it for half the price. Still no help from the car lot.
