Pleasant experience here. If you're getting a drug test make sure you arrive prior to 11:45. The system goes down from 1145 to 1pm!

I was parked in their clearly labeled parking lot, had an appointment, and they put a big orange sticker on my car (which legal falls under vandalism) saying they recorded my plate and I would be towed next time I parked there. Was a big nasty sticker- took 20 mins and alcohol to get off the window. What was the deal?

Patient services has the rudest women dealing with the public. Jennifer I believeshe said. She confused me by talking to, I guess a person in front of her in the middle of helping me. Then scolded me and told me to wait on her to finish speaking to said person before finishing with me. What??? Wow!!!
