“So my phone quit working yesterday. I went out to my local us cellular store to see if I could get it fix. I was not able to upgrade, which ment i was stuck with a broken phone. The guy who waited on me was wonderful!! Not only was he patient with me, he was very informative. Needless to say, this guy did everything he could to make sure I left with a working phone.
