They were so kind and helpful. Every time I’ve dealt with the UPS people they’re always rude and short. Now that I’ve found this place I will use it everytime.”

“A couple weeks ago I was in a bind because I thought I purchased my daughter's wedding shower invitations from Etsy but I only ended up getting the digital file. That was on me, I didn't read it clearly. I went to the ups store and the cashier told me to talk to Sara and she went out of her way to take care of me. Not only did she say she could help, she pointed out a mistake, was able to fix it, printed and cut the invites, bookmarks, and even printed a large sign for the party recreating the theme of the Etsy invitation!
