I was told about a new car coming in next week. I was asking questions about it and did not get any replies from the Internet sales manager from this place. So I called later that evening, and I asked the questions about invoice and suddenly the car was pre-sold. He did not mention any of this earlier in our communication via email. Also, he kept calling me the wrong name. Apparently knowing the customers name is not important at this place. Avoid it all costs.

DO NOT let them touch your car. I took my car that was running great in for an oil change and state inspection. 90 minutes later, they said they had completed it, said my car was in great shape. The next day, I drove it to work and it broke down. Towed to another Toyota dealer, they fixed it for $637, said I had one really dirty spark plug-- even though I get them changed regularly and there was no sign of a problem the day before. I don't know what is going on in that garage, but you should stay far away.

Everyone at the Dan Cava service dept was friendly, helpful and competent. They always do a great job and in a timely fashion. I appreciate that they have a waiting area with vending machines.

Dan Cava refused to even look at my Tacoma because it has over 100k miles and is not regularly serviced at that location. This dealership replaced the frame on my truck back in 2009 as part of a recall and had serviced it occasionally up until 2016 but I live closer to another dealer (where I had purchased it back in 2004) so I did not regularly go to Dan Cava. It's a sad day when a Toyota dealer won't service their own brand for more than a few years. 1/10 Do not recommend.

Found this dealership off of Toyotas website so I called to schedule maintenance on my 2011 Prius, no problem, the lady looked up my name and found it , and booked an appt. Got there early, pulled into the garage, guy inspecting looks up my vin while we have small talk. Then he states that they will not touch it per owners rules, anything over 100,000. I asked, why they didn't tell me that before I drove 45 minutes to have it serviced. He shrugged and didn't say anything but he does. Then I stated that it should be disclosed to everyone when they try to bring their vehicle in.

I bought a highlander hybrid from Mike Laquinta, good service, very professional and I didn't feel like i was being pressured into buying something. Also this place sells cars for MRSP value (at they did for my car), which is very rare in 2022, some places were jacking prices up by 5k, very few dealerships are selling for MRSP. So. Fairmont WV - great Toyota dealership. And ask for Mike, I would buy a car from him again.

New update, Took my 2nd Toyota Tacoma from my 2nd son for a recall ( frame treatment) to Dan Cava. I ask them to check the front end due to a noise I heard driving to the dealership. I call the morning of recall work and ask them to check it while it was on the rack. I was told by the lady that answered the phone " since you turned in a review of my concerns with the Mr Cavas policies and your review stated you were upset with the policies we can not work on your vehicles ". At that point I ask to speak with the Manager after waiting 2 hours for her to call me I finally called in and spoke with her. She repeated the same situation as above " Since you you wrote reviews that were negative why would you want us to work on your vehicle " I thought a 2nd chance with Dan Cava might be a option and I was wrong. I ask Kerry So will you look at the truck and she said NO . So again Dan Cava Toyota has tarnished the brand beyond my imagination.

Slow as usual for anything you have done.... Better leave half the day open for waiting on them to do it.

These guys are just your typical "used car dealer" types. Crooks! We brought in a vehicle to sell back because we heard they were desperate to get cars to sell on the lot (the lot is practically empty) One of the quick talkers walked out with a clipboard and took notes and checked it out. They came back with what we thought was a reasonable offer. I made sure at least three times with the salesperson that he knew we weren't at all interested in buying or trading as he kept pressuring us to consider a purchase. He finally relented and assured me that they would buy back the vehicle at the promised price. I double checked to be sure before we cleaned out the vehicle, gathered all keys for it and it's components, and made the several hour journey back to Toyota the next day to make the deal. Upon more pressure to buy/trade we assured them we were not interested. Some other quick talker, much grander in his con-man appearance, made his way with a clipboard to our vehicle. After wasting yet another hour of our time and some noticeable laughter and giggles between our sales person and the other con man, they returned to tell us that their offer only stood if we bought a vehicle from them first. Lousy, not even good at conning. If you notice there is always a slight question mark in anything the salesperson says (especially in things which should be definite) We thought we found our new Toyota dealership- nope, just more quicktalkers with no knowledge of even their own products! We are now official Subaru fans, entirely because of customer service and every Toyota dealerships consistent inability to properly service their otherwise great vehicles. Hello Subaru, take my money!
