Mail service is disgraceful. Ever since they transferred my carrier to another route, the service has become terrible. He jams packages into the mailbox and we have to destroy the box to get them out.

Our delivery driver has continuously refused to drop packages off at our house and threatened us because she does not want to walk a little up our driveway. The post office has said they would investigate and nothing happened. Completely unprofessional
