That was the first time I had a good experience at a Verizon store. Matt was great to work with and helped me through the whole process. Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. Matt and Chester were great to talk with while waiting to get my phone set up

James was awesome as were the other staff members sadly I can't remember their names. They ordered my phone for me and walked me through the upgrade process. I couldn't ask for more from my local Verizon store.
