Refuses to sell cigarettes by 2's so I could spend $55 instead of $70 for a carton.
Terrible customer service, drinks by the registers, dirty store.
Will never come here again.

This is the best 7 Eleven I have ever been too and everyone treats you like family. I love it so very much. The biggest downfall and complaint I only have. Is corporate apparently decides if this store should have heat or AC and how high or low it should be and it is controlled in the corporate office for each store. Corporate may not give a darn about making employees comfortable in a working environment but I DO!! Do you have any clue at all that it is almost 90 degrees here in Falling Water West Virginia and as a customer I want to be able to come out of blazing heat and walk in in store that is nice and cool. As a customer I do NOT want to patronize a store that is hotter than outside. This also happens in the winter. Your corporate office controls the heat and decides how high it should be so you freeze your employees and freeze us customers. Corporate has no idea what our weather is like because they are NOT located here. Fix your AC in the store because you are killing us customers and your employees. You need to value these employees because they are amazing to us customers.

Staff is always friendly and tend to remember you if you stop there more than 1 time. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the selection on snacks is just slightly too small for my liking. However the staff will do whatever they can to accommodate you and help with your needs. 10/10 will ☕ & ? here again! (Ps they have Pumkin spice coffee and creamer)

The reason I gave it one star is , I had called for a cigarette carton price and, was told " I can't give a price over the phone" .I have never been told this by anyone at any 7-11 before !!

What a convenience. 7-Elevens are just about everywhere locally. And for anyone who is wondering they do sell liquor (after 2pm on Sunday of course). This particular 7-Eleven was clean and offered all the same convenience food as the others pizza, hot dogs, breakfast bites, sandwiches and much more. It may work for a quick bite but I prefer other food joints personally. Masks are not required and staff was friendly and helpful.
