“I just had the worst experience trying to set up an appointment for a passport using both with the online service and automated phone line. Nither one worked properly and my anxiety was though the roof. I am relieved to say I called the Williamsport post office and had the pleasure of speaking to THE KINDEST woman ever. She patiently gave me all the information I needed to walk in prepared for my upcoming appointment. I ended our conversation feeling 100x better. I felt like I could breath again. I wish we could go back to a world where we spoke to real human beings all the time. Thank you to this kind woman. The world needs more people like you!”
“It looks like the google reviews here have been used to let off steam and not really leave a review. Coming from someone who has lived in the middle of nowhere and also lived in big cities I will tell you this post office is great! Usually the line isn’t bad, the postmasters I’ve seen there overtime are pretty calm and collected. And don’t expect a postmaster to kiss your feet. I’m not sure why people feel entitled of anything. But a postmaster is meant to deal with the problems of a broken system. They are not meant to suck up to you. As long as they’re straight forward to you and honest. That is what their job is for. If you think this post office is rough then you obviously haven’t been to many post offices.”

“This is an amazing group of people. The clerks are friendly and the carriers are very hard working. I've been told they have a lot to deal with in terms of being the only post office in the county who delivers a bunch of Amazon. They deliver in all types of weather and have to deal with belligerent customers who call them names. I am grateful for the work that these people do.”
