This Roc's store I have stopped at many times for gas,milk,lottery,etc. The employees are always nice and I usually get in and out fast.

Wish I could give a higher score. Because most the staff deserve it, but one of the supervisors always seems like it's an inconvenience that they are working. Brings the mood down. If it was 1 or 2 times, hey people have bad days. However it's every time this person works (which is daily). Remember many people start their day here with ⛽, ☕, or 🥪. The impression you leave begins the day. Sad because it should be 4 or 5 🌟's

I have brought Cigarettes from this store every morning for over 20yrs but I will not allow my drivers license to be scanned I am 60 yrs old so clearly you can tell I’m old enough if you want to see my ID I will show it but refuse to let it be scanned that’s my personal information especially when I can go 2 minutes down the road and buy them without any ID or go to Sheetz 1/2 mile up the road and still not being asked to show ID so no more buying Cigarettes from you anymore

I love going into Rocs, all of the staff are so helpful and happy. The store is clean and well laid out stocked poperly with every thing easy to find. The employees are quick and efficient but don't make you feel rushed even with 10 other customers in line. I have never had anything but wonderful experiences at Rocs in Falling Waters.Thank you for all you do to make our days brighter.
