“I very recently purchased a spring suit for my grandson's birthday and indicated his address for delivery. The suit came to MY house instead and I was disappointed and wrote a one star review which I cannot find, I hope it was removed. This company had the integrity to reach out to me with apologies and offered a refund on the suit for my misfortune. I cannot say how pleased I was to receive first, live phone call, secondly excellent customer service and thirdly to have them do this for me and make amends for their mistake. I too own a small company and value customer input and these folks went way beyond what they could have done....I would give them 10 stars if I could!! I also want to say that I have bought several wetsuits from them in the past and always had a good experience and I regret my negative posting....this is a company full of integrity and they have my loyalty forever.....buy from them!!! “They could offer various sizes in shoe selections, since they've only got a few for each style and never any in storage. They do offer to order for you if need be, which is nice. They offer a discount for the military and always have good sales, so overall it's a pretty great place to shop. Not to mention, one of the ONLY SHOE STORES IN THIS TOWN.”

It was super busy and throughout the whole ordeal he answered every question and helped me until my purchase.He’s patient, friendly, and just nice to be around. He’s always working so you may see him zip throughout the store but he notices you.Don’t get rid of him. He makes the whole shoe-buying process for people with common sizes like me.... way less painful and the store more inviting.”

“My son & I came to Dick’s Sporting Goods this evening in Martinsburg, WV 8/17/21 I was only looking for a good sturdy work bag.. & I ended up enquiring about the yeti lunch box & a few other products. A really nice lady which I later found out was the store manager Meredith was super helpful when assisting with prices that weren’t labeled. I asked about coupons etc. & she helped me find the perfect one that fit my needs! I am overly happy with the customer service that my son & I received! Meredith was extremely knowledgeable in the Yeti products and so was her sales associate Brady! Which by the way for a high schooler ( I asked, not assumed ) was extremely professional & very nice. We will be back based off of the customer service that we received tonight! Thank you both for all of your help! I might just come back & get the second yeti lunch box ? ☺️Hope & Kaiden☺️”

“One in the foot locker just to look around for like sweatpants and on came out with them a light wind breaker jacket for a 45 dollars the guys treated me better there than what I had when I wanted into finish line I guess being a woman they finish line didn't want customer service that badly but foot locker didn't have a problem”

“I was so impressed with the manager, Keion, because he came to personally answer our questions and help us to buy two bikes and a car rack, and he was friendly and knowledgeable! Maggie checked us out and explained about the warranties, and she was very friendly! Finally, Brenden and Jacob were really awesome because they showed us exactly how to hook up the Thule bike rack to our car. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. They have a great team!”
“Hafer’s has the most personable and knowledgeable staff in the area, gun shop or otherwise. I’ve been to every shop in the county and I keep coming back. In general most gun shop workers seem to be irritated that you’re in their store. Hafers is the complete opposite, if you are someone looking to purchase your first firearm GO HERE. Highly recommend for newbies and lifelong enthusiasts alike. Great selection beyond just the super popular brand like Glock, Sig and S&W and fair prices.”
