I have lived 2 years at Spring Mills Apartments. Jenny and staff are a great management team. Jenny is both kind and very responsive on any issue no matter how small. I strongly recommend Spring Mills Apartments to anyone new to the area.

Spring Mills Apartments is conveniently located between Hagerstown and Martinsburg near I-81, I-70, Route 11, various shopping centers and restaurants. Here, you’ll be at home surrounded by the best schools in West Virginia, fine dining, diverse shopping, recreation and the historical downtown. All of our apartment homes feature carpeting and washers and dryers. Select apartments have a patio, and all of our spacious floor plans feature abundant, oversized windows that overlook our beautiful grounds. Property grounds feature quiet neighborhood, nice landscaping, and country setting, with modern conveniences close by. Ample parking is located both in front of the building and in our over flow lots.
