Absolute life savers. Broke down from a busted radiator hauling on 81. They were to me within a few short minutes and had a shop that they could knock it out and get my truck rolling again. Very communicative with updates and answered all my anxiety questions with ease. They've been there done that and gotten it back on the road. So trust them too!

This company is amazing and goes above and beyond for their customers. Miss Vickie (who had the most kind and reassuring words at our time of need) was prompt with answering the phones and sending the tow driver out to my son. Mr Phillip came quickly to help and with a smile on his face as well as a few good jokes! Thank you both so much, as well as Stephens Towing for employing wonderful people and assisting the community! Your hard work is appreciated!

Stephens Towing, the lady who answered the phone and Phillip who delivered my truck to my house were all amazing to work with, professional and extremely friendly. My truck broke down in the walmart parking lot before the snow storm, had no luck jump starting it, and had to leave it. I called Stephens once i got home, the lady i spoke with was very understanding, let me know they'd have someone out there to check out the issue, haul it back to my house to get out of the parking lot and to my driveway before the storm within 45 minutes and provided me a price for what it would cost. She was very kind and within 30 minutes, Phillip gave me a call, let me know he had my truck and was going to deliever it to my driveway. In a few short minutes he pulled up with my truck, had it running (with a battery pack attached to the battery) was able to drive it off the roll bed and into my driveway. He let me know a new alternator was needed and if i was handy i could do it myself. Phillip was extremely friendly, provided me the answer to my solution and in a few days, i replaced my alternator myself and have a working truck again!
Thanks for amazing service. I will provide their name to anyone in need of a towing service!!

Said they were coming in 15 mins. I waited 30 mins and called multiple times with no answer and they never showed up or called me back. Thanks for leaving standing in the cold

I have used their towing services twice to haul a 1989 F350 dually with a dump bed. My experience has been great with them, they have fair prices, are professional, and above all they’re easy to work with. I highly recommend them

Stephens Towing is my go to. When my car kept shutting off on me, they figured out my key cylinder was triggering my anti theft system and fix it within a few hours at a fair price. And just today Philip got out to me for a lock out service in less than an hour for again, a fair price! If you want honest people who wont take advantage of you(especially other young woman like me) this is the place.
