We were leaving town and our Gladiator’s parking brake wouldn’t fully release. They talked us through what was most likely going on, and agreed to meet us to help. They were so patient and helped us get on the road home quickly.

This was the best experience ever at an auto repair shop. Not only did he save me a lot of money on an unnecessary repair which another mechanic said needed done, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there if you ever need service.

I have brought my car to Gary at 16 Auto on multiple occasions--I am never disappointed. Gary was quick to diagnose the issue with my starter and even paid me a personal home visit to do it. He even went so far as having my vehicle towed to his shop to get around expensive fees associated with commercial towing. As a female lay person I especially appreciate his expertise and transparency which makes me feel my car is in trustworthy hands. In addition his pricing is very fair. I can confidently say that 16 Auto will continue to have my business.

Highly recommend 16 Auto. Gary is the best mechanic ever! I was visiting New River Gorge and had car troubles. He came on site to help jump the car. When that didn’t work he found the parts necessary to fix our vehicle. Even though it was a holiday weekend his shop was open and provided excellent service. Thanks for being honest and giving the best customer service at a super affordable price. You deserve more than 5 stars! If you are a local or traveler give 16 Auto a call or stop by. My van's check engine light came on while driving from Buffalo, NY to West Virginia. I was told a cylinder was misfiring. I found 16 Auto online, talked to Gary and took my van to him. I have dealt with many mechanics over the years and he is at the top of the list. He worked on my van the next day and fixed it at a lower price than he had quoted me. I am sure he has a loyal local following, but if you are from out of town, you will find Gary is the man you want working on your vehicle.

Gary, if your reading this i thank you again! My wife, pup, and i drove over 600 miles from CT to West Virginia and experienced brake problems. I found 16 auto on google, left them a message which gary responded to promptly. He was able to see me immediately, had the parts waiting by the time i got there, allowed my family to hang out, and fixed my car and charged me such a reasonable price! We were on our way within an hour. I wish i had a mechanic like gary in my neck of the woods, true blue american that helps his fellow brother out. Your a blessing!Service: Brakes
