Wonderful experience when I found myself in their office after overdoing it hiking at the Gorge. Went back for a follow up visit 2 days later and the medical staff onsite were top notch.

I was listened to for the first time in 3 years about my condition I struggle with I’m very grateful for all of the staff at Fayetteville WV Med express it has always been someone that listens to me at every visit and to me this is how healthcare should be if it wasn’t for them I’d still be in unbearable pain. Thank you all for the kindness and caring and understanding.

I don’t usually leave reviews but honestly this was probably the most swift urgent care experience I’ve had for quite some time. Luckily, no wait, and the MD was very thorough in describing what he feels is going on with me and prescribing what is needed. The staff were very friendly. We are not local, and so didn’t know what to expect and I am glad we chose this urgent care.

Med Express doc checked and took time to attend medical issue. He assistant did most of the work cleaning ears but doc oversaw procedure. Thank you for not rushing us 'out the door' as so many urgent care clinics do. Thank you MedExpress.

Absolutely amazing service. I was seen quickly, the staff was wonderful, services were done immediately, the doctor was very thorough. My leg is broken and I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon as well. This happened Friday and I have an appointment Monday!

I came in to med express yesterday morning, told the doctor that I had been coughing for a little over a week, and haven’t been able to breathe very well. He very quickly checked my ears and my lungs, didn’t say anything about them; just told me I had Bronchitis. He then prescribed me an inhaler, which I had never used before. Today I used the inhaler for the first time and my face turned red and puffy an hour after use. I called my family doctor and she got me in right away! She looked at my ears, throat, and listened to my lungs. She immediately let me know that my right ear looked really bad and asked if it had been hurting, my throat was red, and my nose was inflamed. She said my lungs sounded terrible and advised me not to use the inhaler, because the lower part of my lungs are affected and the inhaler would not clear it up… she took an x ray of my chest and told me to use breathing treatment 3x a day, along with steroids and antibiotics. Coming from a 20 year old with no medical background… bronchitis and respiratory infections are serious and can be fatal!! Being sick while poorly being checked out along with incorrect treatment and little explanation can also be fatal!!!

The service of the doctor and medical staff was phenomenal. I was very upset that due to poor staffing and management we had to make an appointment rather than being seen upon arrival. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and our appointment was not until 6:15 p.m.

I went in to be treated for a sinus infection. Was told it wasn't sinuses. That I had a stroke. So was sent to another hospital on recommendation by med express. After CT was done and show sinus build up, still didn't recieve antibiotics for the infection. So having to treat this at home with no medication

I have gone to MedExpress in the past and been satisfied with the delivery of services. I went last Sunday and encountered the most unfriendly and uncaring environment possible. Total lack of concern from the front desk to the doctor.

Went for injury and was told to return to work with light duty as days pasted went back for the same issues with other symptoms from the injury and was treated for only one area which also was told to return if necessary as they still are saying light duty as my insurance company is confused with the injury needed to be substain stat, waiting for treatment due to lack of proper reporting of the injury which was written as well as informed to the Dr. Waiting for documentation and furthering with my regular Doctor has taken more time now due to lack of proper treatment and reporting the issue has became another hassling situation as treatment is going to take longer as the issue has worsen as they just say come back when you need to instead of sending to proper medical care for my injury seems they're wanting to collect more for the insurance company rather than addressing the injuries at concern while saying light duty when that's not possible when there a server issue that is causing pain and problems! As this will be reported to the medical Board ..

I went today for stomach pain and was treated poorly by the doctor . I told him what I thought may be wrong and he just dismissed me immediately and at that point I felt disrespected and discouraged. It’s scary when you don’t feel well and you have doctors being dismissive towards what you think you may be experiencing. The rest of the staff were amazing ! And I did get the correct diagnosis but all I ask is to listen before being so dismissive.

$150 and hours of my time for thirty seconds with a doctor who only cared about going home. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to the ER, they'll take your money and scare you off anyway.I went here for stomach issues. I waited for about three hours, up to the point they were about to close. When I finally got in I sat for nearly another hour, and heard people outside going home. When the doctor finally came in to check on me, they talked to me for less than a full minute before scaring me into going to the emergency room at Plateau. When I finally got there they said there they checked me and found there was nothing wrong. I called and tried to get a refund but that was never going to happen.
