The pharmacists/clerks there are wonderful. I am so glad I found this small pharmacy where I feel like part of their family. Btw.....I have never, ever had problems getting through to speak with the pharmacist-NEVER.

The pharmacist are helpful and waiting time is short. The only thing is that they aren't open on weekends.

The pharmacists have always been friendly and helpful. I truly feel comfortable asking them questions about medications or how to get the best price on medications. I don't have insurance, and when I wasn't making much income, they were able to offer me a lower rate based on a sliding scale (there may have been a form to fill out). That is something I have never found at Walmart Pharmacy. I usually don't have to wait long, but if there is a line, there is a pleasant seating area to wait in with magazines.

They have a very poor phone system. There's no answering service or hold line. Whenever you call, it just goes straight to a busy tone. They failed to fill a prescription that was on automatic refill. I have an odd situation where I live in another state, but they are supposed to send me my prescription. So instead of ever notifying me, I just never got my medication. So after trying to call several times, having my pharmacy call several times, it was nothing but a busy signal. After calling the clinic, they were able to put me though to the pharmacy. Once I explained my situation and explained how inconvient their phone system is, they said it's my new pharmacy's job to call them over and over in order to get the prescription filled and that they couldn't call my new pharmacy in order to get the very late prescription filled.
