Was very friendly at first. But failed to port my number and just gave me a random number. Also 50$ for a 10$case. Called to get help and the manager was very defensive and insensitive about my grievances. We spent over 250$ on phone, service a accessories and the representatives just turned and burned us cheaply. Didn't even care that we were not from the area. Everything purchased was a total waste.

The customer service and the answers the guy had for everyone of my questions was very helpful he was very professional and very educated on everything from the phones to the service and prices. Even knew where the dead spots were. He was kind enough to actually bring up a map of the area and surrounding areas also explained which areas had 5G and what areas had 4G he was very good at his job he got a five-star rating from me and I'm not even a US Cellular customer I just so happened to walk in there I have AT&T and after speaking with that gentleman I am definitely switching providers because AT&T straight lied to my face I can't even get service of my own house so AT&T isn't what they claim to be they may be the largest cell phone provider but that's only because they lie to people to get sales
