I've been dealing with this Bank over 25 yr. and always had good customer service I did a lot of business with them so I called them about 2 months ago to get information on my checking account the lady I talked to were sarcastic very very poor customer service. And I stopped in yesterday to make a deposit and ask the bank teller to let me know how much is in my checking account with sarcastic attitude she said I don't know this bank has very bad customer service... ?

The manager, Mr. Smith, was quite helpful, understanding, kind, and made every effort to construct a consumer based relationship during our interaction. The teller was quite patient and kind as well. I love that they are veteran-friendly! Thanks, FNB Follansbee, WV!

The tellers are so patient and friendly. The wait time is minimal, and they always give you the information you ask for. they are very attentive to each person they help. they don't just rush people along. I walk in and they recognise me. It feels personal and welcoming.
