This comment only reflects the food side of sheetz. For the price people pay you should at least get what you ordered. The food shouldn't look like it exploded when you open it. Plus idk why the attitude of some of your workers is just terrible. You can't even say thank you to them. Not that they deserve a thank you at all for the lack of care they show making your food.

Sheetz is normally great, but tonight their air pump just happened to be down. So now i have to pay for news tires, and be broke again.

On Tuesday I got stranded in freezing weather there waiting for gas money and electronic paycheck money. The employees of the Folansbee oasis were very kind, helped me charge my phone, and let me stand in the store for a while late at night to keep hot. And to keep checking on my credit card balances. They gifted me a free coffee in the morning because the pumps were frozen to start with. Thank you very much for your warmth.

Worst sheetz ever most of them are junkies and the best part none of them work.dirty store and never anything stocked honestly everyone there needs fired very lazy people sheetz should be embarrassed to have this store thank God there is a Coen across the street they no how to stock shelves and be sober. Instead of the lazy worker stocking the coolers they left them bare for 3 days and today instead of stocking they just spread the drinks all over every cooler instead of taking their lazy but in the cooler and stocking this sheetz and the workers are a embarrassment. You took a kids baseball field away for this embarrassment of a store thanks sheetz

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would, it was very dirty inside and it looks like the bathrooms haven't been maintained in weeks. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, I didn't even use them, I left and went somewhere else.

Paula the cashier had such an attitude. Self check outs are optional, so cashiers shouldn’t expect it, cashier seemed annoyed she had to walk to the register and then once at register gave me the absolute customer service I’ve ever received, which says a lot.
There is not a single thing about this interaction today or the last few times I’ve been coming that’s been enjoyable.
Coming from a management background I can’t understand how any shift supervisor or store manager can allow this behavior to continue to happen. This sheet has gone Downhill.
Growing up near Altoona, Pennsylvania, where sheets started sheets was a staple all my life Always provide customer service this sheets does what they want that they are there for the customer.
I will not return to this location until Paula’s gone

This place has went to hell , ordered from Here on 4/4/2024 around 5:00 burnt my appetizer. They drenched my food in so much nacho cheese seasoning it was DISGUSTING!!!!! Everything so poorly made. Pickle fries that looked like the broken peices from the bottom of the bag. Place went straight into the dirt.

Uh so I needed air to fill up my tire and I try to put air into my tire but there was no sign up saying that the pump was broken so it basically took all of my air and now I’m stuck with a flat here at sheetz.

I visit this sheetz more than anyone should, my son loves the hotdogs, I work crazy hours and pass by on my way home. Last night, I went in to get 3 hotdogs that I previously ordered online, i get to sheetz to get them and its homecoming night and a concert near by, a team memberyells to the crowd that they are out of pretzel buns, my order is still 30 minutes behind that one, i let them know to cancel my 3 hotdog order because i ordered the pretzel buns as well. The manager who sees me all the time says find me next time ill take care of it. Last night when I asked for the hotdogs a new manager was there she asked for my proof, I can't find previous online orders on the app, she looks in the back and says I don't have the time ill just make them, she does. I then order 3 more hotdogs for my husband and I. I already know to check before I leave, I did mine is missing the cheese, I go in a team member gives me a cup of cheese, I got to my car check my husband's and send my nefew in to get the missing cheese on that one, the mgr tells him no its under the Chilli, I go in and ask her to show me this cheese, and she's ranting she did it herself, but she couldn't point out one Oz of cheese. FYI I PAID for ex cheese and got none when I asked for it, I had to fight a Mgr, I had to get put my car twice in the pouring rain. She did remake the hotdogs with the missing cheese.
