I shop at this store at least once a week and usually have a good experience. like all the stores I watch to make sure prices ring up right/as advertised because sometimes they don't. Today I go in to pick up a card n Hershe. There's buggies with summer merchandise with a sign that says 90 % off. So I picked out a few things. It rang up at $15.14. So I checked my receipt n realized things had not rang up right. Went back in and spoke to clerk. I was nice. Said computer didn't ring stuff up right.Clerk developed An attitude over having to correct mistake.But I ignored it. But I had made a comment that the prices where not ringing up at 90% she said I know it's ringing at 70% I put the sign up (90% off) to get rid of this stuff. I realized this was a manager! And she knew it didn't ring up right when she checked me out. I usually over look a dollar r two. But this was a seven dollar and change over charge.

I like Dollar general but this is the second time I’ve been charged more for an item than the advertised price. The Sign said General Mills Cereal 3 for 6 dollars. But it ran up 3 dollars a box with 50 cent discount. They need to keep up with their sales they advertise n if sale is over remove the sign don’t leave it up.

The staff here are wonderful. Very friendly, and they never hesitate to stop what they're doing to help if you need it. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and specials and clearance sales are always worth the trip.
