PCB is a bank that is there for me whenever I need them. Their customer service is exceptional, friendly, courteous, and very professional. They have helped me avoid hacks and fraudulent activity without making me feel helpless in today's world. These people really care. Their loan department is also top notch. I would like to say THANK YOU to each and everyone of PCB's employees and please have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!! ?☃️

Please pass on to some higher ups, way higher up, to change the website procedure of dropping bank customers off the website/invalid password if they haven’t signed in within a certain time, 1-3 months. In my case this year I was totally taken off and had to sign up again. No customer with funds in your bank should be dropped. Send an email to reset the password if need be, but don’t just bump them from the website.I have multiple banks and use Pendleton when I come from Florida back to West Virginia. I have to call the bank every year to reset my password, this year wasn’t even on your computer and had to totally sign up again from scratch! There is not one other company or bank that I deal with where I have to go through this! Any required changes you do online and back in business quickly! As a side note I called 4 different Pendleton bank locations at around 1 pm and got recordings at every one and again after hitting the 0 for Customer Service. They finally answered on around my 4th try to Franklin location. So tired of this we are thinking about switching banks, it is so annoying, and as I said customers with open accounts should never have this happen!Please feel free to forward this email to whoever gives a dam and maybe those in your I.T. section/web company that would know of easy software fixes to prevent it.Sure I am not the only one that continues to go through this.

I have had friendly and great customer service in person at the Wardensville, WV branch. However, a recent call to customer service at the main branch resulted in a rude, and short employee that seemed to be irritated with my call. In the future I will just appear in person at the Wardensville branch when an issue arises.

I have never had any problems with this bank at all. Been banking with them since 1974.
