“These guys just worked on my 08 kia..they replaced the struts & shocks,breaks,rotors and sway bar linkage its been a few days and so far everthing seems good..did take alittle longer than they said but they had a few of there workers out sick or something so completely understand and not to mention they saved me alittle over $300 from there orginal quote and these days thats priceless...they are really easy to talk to and will show and explain whats wrong and going on...i highly recommend taking your vehicle to them when its time...this is the 1st garage ive bothered to leave a review on but they deserve it....great job guys keep up the good work”

“A week ago, our rental truck broke down on our way to NC. The rental company sent Reds to tow us to their garage. Reds explained there was no way to fix the truck, and made sure the rental place knew we needed a replacement vehicle. One of their employees drove my husband to Huntington (an hour away) to get the rental truck. (There was no Uber!) While my husband was gone, Ashley was kind enough to drive me to Loves to get some Hardee’s for my son and I. All in all, we were there for over 4 hours and the staff was so accommodating when they didn’t have to be. Reds have some stand up staff!”

She’s very personable. The truck needed a new battery once we got it home which I wasn’t too pleased about. But the overall experience was very good.”

“What a day! Left Indy at 3am this morning and my some hose came off. Mind you I’m with my 10 year old nephew. Called Reds to get towed, and they met me at the Love’s gas station. Spoke with Tammy, she’s terrific. John was the tow guy, he’s absolutely amazing! I was thinking about staying at a local hotel, but my sister came to pick me up. Went by the shop and my car was exactly where it was supposed to be! Car is being looked at 1st thing in the morning so I will follow up! As of now even after a very frustrating day, I feel like I had angels all around me!
July 2 - The follow up!! Got my car back the next day and it’s running fine. Made it to my destination! Overall experience was amazing! That doesn’t happen a lot in these situations! Blessed ❤️ thank you to Reds for turning a frustrating event into a great experience.”
