“Today I had my first ever issue with People's Bank, a check I'd deposited never made it into my account. I called and bank employees worked for a couple hours to help find my missing $150 check. They were looking at security cameras, digging through databases... They couldn't find it, because it was on my kitchen table, but wow, they tried really hard and were wonderful to me, despite me being an old idiot. Absolute top-notch customer service. I feel so awful for sending them on a wild-goose chase, but this is how they treat customers that are wrong about everything, so if you're not wrong about everything, probably be happy here. I am, sorry again wonderful folks at People's Bank in Gassaway, WV.”
