Are y’all aware they are charging a $57 minimum no matter what. Which is rates comparable to California. So no more saving water. Turn the tap on and just walk out of the room it don’t make a difference.

My bill fluctuates more than my weight through the holidays with no explanation and no increase in usage. I wish this town had another water option instead of this crook riddled "company".

How is someone going to pay a deposit at 9am to have services turned on and you don’t even show up, then when I call they are working in my neighborhood but won’t be able to turn me on til tomorrow. I have kids this water company has always been a joke.
