Never have any problem using my City Nat’l card anywhere but this location. And the drive thru is pitiful, it needs to be larger so people can access the ATM machine in case someone is lucky enough to be able to use their card at this location.

This place have been locking my card for three days now for no reason but the time it does do fraud they let it go through. Why does that make any since? So block all my stuff but a state or country I am not in you let it go through? This bank sucks and my advice to you is never use this bank unless you want to give your money away!

I never write reviews, but when I saw the one-star rating I had to see what was going on as I know City National Bank well and find them to have exemplary customer service that extends from the entry-level employees to the CEO. They are a fairly large institution that still feels like a small community bank, a rarity these days. It's a shame that two isolated reviews gives them a one-star rating. Hopefully this one helps.

City National Bank provided my statements to a judge after a Guardian ad Litem (Arik Parasschos) who DID NOT have a court order to have them, tried to subpoena them! The judge returned them to me and didn't give them to Parasschos. When I protested City National's supplying my BANKING INFORMATION, and informed City National that I would close my account a few weeks later, City National CLOSED MY ACCOUNT on their own AND closed them ONE DAY before they said they would close them in a letter that I received ONE DAY AFTER they closed my accounts!

Had an account with this bank for 5 years & just tried to order a new bank card for the second time. The first time, I got all the way through giving the lady who answered the phone all of my account information, only to find my account was negative & I'd have to wait--okay, I get that because they pay for the card somehow--gotta be through my account, right? Today, I was told that I have to come down with ID to order a new card. I work nights & have since I opened this account. When other banks have websites you can deposit checks with by taking a pic with your phone, do I really have to come down in person with ID just to get a new debit card? This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by the lack of service. I pay exorbitant amounts in overage charges, so I'm certain they'll be sorry to see me go. How about a reason now & again to want to stay? I don't think this bank has EVER done anything for me except make money off of me--I certainly have gained nothing myself from this business relationship.

There has always been a bank branch at this location since I have been alive.
