We upgraded our Sage 50 recently to Sage 50 Quantum. The service provided to us by Shirley was in time and in follow up we came across certain other issues as well, which were promptly solved by Shirley.

As they say, everyone has a story and mine was a nightmare until I found Best Business Strategies. I started with Sage when it was transitioning from Peachtree. I bought Sage 50 Premium Accounting 2016 in 2015. As you can imagine, trying to continue to use my non-subscription accounting program was becoming ever more difficult. I woke up one morning and activation was terminated...I went into panic mode! At first it was doubtful I could even convert my data to the new Sage 50 Accounting 2024. I talked to Sage Sales directly and they scared me to death with...got to do this, got to do that, got to fill out this. I was aware of Sage third party partners, so I contacted Best Business Strategies for assistance, and enters Shirley Byard.The rest of the story became history in short order. Aside from a little confusion on my part, Shirley guided me through the process with very competitive pricing, conversion of my 2016 files to 2024 data, returning the conversion file the same day, and literally installed it for me via remote session...that's quality service, folks. On top of that she corrected a Sage bug that had converted to the new program...a bug I had been trying to find for over two years. She pressed a few buttons and poof, the problem disappeared. Needless to say, choosing to do business with Best Business Strategies was a very smart decision. It would be well worth your time to consider BBS as your Sage provider.

Shirley is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. She alerts customers to Sage 50 software changes before they become an issue. She has saved me countless dollars and an immense amount of time.
She can offer solutions that you did not know were even available. Yesterday, I spent hours trying to troubleshoot an e-mail issue with Sage. Shirley had the answer. I never would have figured it out on my own.
Buying Peachtree on Ebay from BBS almost 20-years ago was serendipitously one of my greatest business decisions in 30 years of operation. The word Best in her company’s name is not an exaggeration!
