Staff are extremely friendly but was a complete waste of my time because absolutely nothing was done to solve my issues. Went in with confirmed results of the A flu, told them the pills weren't helping, told them I had inhalers....so they do ANOTHER flu test, write me for more of the same pills, more of the same inhalers and nothing else. Level of care is terrible so far

Physician and nurses were great, I was in and out. However, The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude and was beyond belittling. You work the front desk and the first person a patient will see. Put a smile on your face and at least TRY to act like you care.

If I could I would put no stars the last week I missed work due to the stomach flu I was there the week before I was feeling off and I could tell I was getting something well I had to deal with Heather and her attitude all round makes u. Feel like u shouldn’t have wasted there time they tested for a few things but everything came back negative and she like week everything looks fine I guess I can call in a antibiotic and u can take if u get something then over the weekend the stomach bug hit me and I couldn’t make it outta bed all week when I finally felt like I could go sit in a waiting room i was hoping not to get her again I wanted to walk out the door so bad but I had to get a work slip and I wanted to make sure I didn’t have covid well they did a covid test plus she had me do a pregnancy test even for some reason then again she acted like she got on the computer well everything is fine u don’t have anything u shouldn’t have been throwing up that long and have body aches if there nothing coming back well ik my body and I’ve had the stomach flu well I can call u in anti-vomiting pills to help I then she said I’m guessing u are going to need a work silp for today and I was like I was off all week well I can’t back date it so I’ll do it for today and tomorrow but u need to go back Monday ….i was like any other med express backed dated it and every where else that I’ve been to in the past has and she’s like your paperwork will be at the front desk then they act like u can’t here them talk about u when u are waiting on them I’ll never be back to this place again just because her!

I went to medexpress in Glen Dale on tuesday 11.7.23. they said I tested positive for Covid but never actually showed me the test and results, just what the dr said. they disregarded anything else and only said i didn't have pneumonia. i came home and 2x this week tested *negative* for Covid. I knew I didn't have it as i didn't have any of the symptoms aside from coughing. Heather Gibbons is who I saw and she cost me 4 days of work with a *false* test result. will never go back. would give negative stars if I could.- Jennifer Funkhouser

Tested positive for Covid at home and decided to go to med express for health care. Made my appointment online and it was very easy, I just picked the time I wanted from what was available and entered personal and insurance information. Wait was not long and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank You!

I took my son in for a stomach bug, and a cough. He had an x-ray taken; someone online and out of the area read it for them, and diagnosed him with a heart issue. We were sent immediately to our choice of Morgantown or Pittsburgh Children’s ER to thankfully find out that the x-ray they took was completely normal and nothing was wrong. Save your self a lot of stress and go elsewhere for treatment. We also had to wait over 2 hours here because I needed an appointment, even though they claim to be walk in.

Be careful. They always put a "card on file" in case your insurance company doesn't pay however in today's world many have an HRA or some other type of health reimbursement account. Before that process is finished Urgent care will charge your card and then you can waste time making sure you get the refund from them after they cash the insurance check.
