In spite of calls to district manager employees continue to smoke cigarettes (Ally was the culprit today) right at the front door and when she did move it was just around the corner, NOT FIFTEEN FEET FROM THE DOOR. Went to Mt hope DG as a result JUST TO ENCONTER THE SAME. THE LADY PUT HER CIGARETTE OUT ON THE WALL YO THE LEFT OF THE PAYPHONE. YOU LOST MONTHS IF NOT YEARS OF MY BUSINESS

Have always been treated with kindness and respect here. Definitely has more to choose from than my other local stores. It's always very clean and the shelves are stocked and organized.

i have my store set to the closest one near my house . I was upset to learn that when I tried to do an online order , when I called to make sure it would be ready , I wad told they had stopped online orders . If this is the case I think they need to remove the online order service completely . Other than that they are cheaper than family dollar .The prices on the merchandise is visible and usually stay well stocked in the items I buy on a regular basis . Prices have went up, but I still shop my store and usually come out better than just shopping strictly to a main store like Walmart .

I am a disabled Viet Nam vet that has a lot of health problems. Went into store and filled my cart and then the assistant manager(Joshua) told me he wanted my Jeep moved necause I had not parked it between the parking space lines. The lot was almost completely empty. He was just wanting to find something to b**** about. He would not give me the name of his manager. I have never seen any assistant manager so bent on up setting customers as this turd. Things keep going & no one will buy from there! He was very impolite & does not need to be working there.

We shop there weekly. The manager does a A+ job in customer service, store cleanliness. He has the best clerks ever. Thank you Dollar General for hiring a Manager to give our community a great, safe place to shop.like Matthew Epling

@christacoupons - you should sue Matt & Dollar General, for Harrassment, Defamation of character, Slander, & Loss of Wages!!! Please take my advice, Christa. You have a case here. GET A LAWYER this week,, you could possibly get 1/4 - 1/2 MIL $$ , , maybe even enough $$ to PURCHASE that Glen Jean store 1 day, WHERE YOU CAN THEN FIRE MATT.

I stopped to pick up some things on my way through this town and I witnessed the manager being very mean verbally and almost physically to a lady in there. Apparently he thought she was taking a video in the store and she told him she wasn’t but he was still down right rude to her. I know he scared me in the process so much that I put my stuff down and went somewhere else. He definitely does not need to be working with the public I will never step foot in that store again.

I will not be going to this dollar general...I heard the manager...Matt yelling at a women for being on her phone and then he started to insult her hair color!??! Im so disgusted by his behavior qnd hope action is taken!!!!

The manager called the police on me because he didn't like my job. He also degraded me because of my hair color. He followed me to my car and was so close toe I had to ask him not to touch me.
