I guess they just didn't feel like getting out of the mail truck. Any other time they park at end of driveway and walk up to the porch with packages (they never pull in because it's hard to back out.) They must have a new thing where they don't exit the truck on cold days and instead they just lie and say the driveway or porch was unaccessible instead funny , FedEx made their delivery here yesterday with no problems. Wish it would allow me to share a photo of our absolutely clear driveway and porch!

The Morgantown annex has been making an entire neighborhood pick up its mail there for well over a month because they can't make a decision on whether to replace the community box at the end of the drive which someone ran into and destroyed. A total inconvenience.

I had an appointment set for 10am. Said to be 10 minutes early but I ended up coming in 30 minutes early. I was out by 9:50 with what I needed. The guy helping me was nothing but polite.

One of the worst post offices ever! I spoke with the postmaster back in 2012. He assured me that things were getting better. NOT! While they've hired more desk clerks, there are long lines, and they don't answer their phone! And the passport business needs to be separated from the regular mail services window. And today my replacement carrier left our neighborhood's mass mailbox unlocked and open (by accident i'm sure). So the back of the mailboxes was wide open. I tried to call the office to report this but noone answers. I realize that the PO corp in general needs help, but these people really need to step up their game a bit.

Horrible service. If you can't go to Uniontown where they are much friendlier, be sure to avoid the man with the beard named Steve (there is another Steve with white hair who is nicer). He will go out of his way to avoid helping you. Typical bureaucrat: enjoys the little power he has to make you as miserable as possible. He is in charge of passports and will look for reasons to make you come back. We showed up early with all the paperwork and he still tried to turn us down, but I raised hell until his colleague finally helped me.

Went in to submit a passport application. Did my research before heading in. Printed and completed my application and made an appointment on USPS.com. Showed up 10 mins early as requested with all the required documents and had no issues.

Terrible service and rude. Tried for days to get someone to answer the phone to make s passport appointment. Finally got an answer, was told "oh that's not necessary! Just come down and we'll do your application." So I did and then was told no appointment, no application processing, even after explaining what I had been told. Some cruel joke. I drove to Fairmont, the closest PO that does passports, and they took care of it and were friendly, too, and no appointment- although they recommend one. Avoid this PO in Morgantown. I think they're exceptionally rude. There's a small PO in Star City that's fine, not really friendly, but I just want to get my business done in a civil manner.

They don't pick up the phone. Called multiple times and they hung the phone up. Tried to schedule a passport appointment and the website wouldn't work for that location. Tried another place and it worked just fine.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND LISTEN TO THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS!! Just spent 30 minutes there and left unable to ship items that already had a prepaid shipping label for USPS.

Saying something bad about your local post office will not change the fact that these are government employees. I recommend if you need to go here but you probably will to get your passport just pick your patience. The gentleman who everyone Ranson raves about on yelp and or Google is not so much as rude as he just doesn't have much of a personality. I didn't really find him to be rude even after I had to wait for him for 10 minutes after his collar told him someone is waiting to get a passport. The customer service is not HORRIBLE just take your patience :)
