I’ve been a member of Chessie Federal Credit Union almost since I was born. The folks at the Grafton Branch have always been helpful, kind, and welcoming. I have very fond memories of the old location on Barrett St. and of attending the grand opening for the current location in 2021. It’s always nice to be met with a smile and a kind word, because the folks that work there are our friends and neighbors. I’ve always been proud to be a credit union member, and I recommend joining this one to anyone!

I've always had a pleasant banking experience when I go to this branch. In my opinion the tellers and the loan officer have always treated me with respect and have been professional yet friendly. I highly recommend this Bank.

Had to close my accoynt when my husvand died I wanted to add my mom on my account but said I couldnt because my husband was primary on the account . i still get bank statements with no balance

Been with this bank for almost a year now, truly nice staff there and they are willing to help out with any problems. Joining and setting up a bank account was a breeze and wasn't overly complicated, especially for someone who is starting for the first time opening an account. They explained everything and I got my card fast, checking my balance is easy as well! I really appreciate Chessie for the positive experience.

I have been a customer at Chessie Federal Credit Union many years. I have always received great customer service and positive attitudes. I would recommend Chessie FCU to anyone needing assistance with opening accounts or a line of credit.

I recently had an issue with a bill through billpayer. I contacted billpayer and they took a lot of time on a three way call with myself and the biller to get the issue resolved. The fraud departmentalso assisted me in the past with an issue with my debt card and returned my funds. I feel that Chessie goes above and beyond to be there for all their account holders at Chessie.

Friendly and professional in their transactions. Always ready to help if you have issues or questions. They say “please” and “thank you “ . They make customer the priority rather than an interruption. I love my Chessie!

The folks at my local branch are very nice and helpful. I’ve enjoyed the professionalism of the staff. My review has to do with something else entirely. I’ve also enjoyed being a member of Chessie until now. Hold times on money after transactions seems suspicious. If there is more than enough money in an account then hold times are short. If there is just enough money in an account for a transaction then hold times are longer. This makes it easy for the account holder to overlook and make a purchase. Then the the credit union immediately removes the hold causing an overdraft or multiple overdrafts. There is definitely something suspicious going on. In these hard times every penny counts. I've been through this multiple times and now I've decided to leave Chessie Federal Credit Union.

Awesome people that work there, the customer that bad mouthed a short brown haired girl probably came in with an attitude, these ladies that staff Grafton Chessis could not be more professional or nicer, thank you ladies. But whoever did the application process on the internet needs to make it simpler and directions better!!!!!
