The absolute BEST service in the area! I visited other Cricket locations trying to upgrade my service but was met with unprofessional staff. However, the representative working today (Sunday, March 30) was incredibly professional and ensured everything was set up and working properly. He went above and beyond! After experiencing unprofessionalism at other locations and online, I was ready to switch to T-Mobile, but I decided to stop by this store instead. I'm so glad I did! I upgraded my phone and service, and I couldn't be happier!
