While out of town on vacation in South Carolina, my IPhone decided to stop working completely. Not knowing there wasn’t a US Cellular near me, I called Skylar (while she was off the clock) and she was able to give me the closest agent to my location. After a 4-hour round trip, I was able to upgrade my phone and Skylar was once again able to help me on the phone by getting my stuff all transferred to my new phone.
