Absolutely awful internet. Regularly goes out for extended periods of time. I see "our technicians are on it" more than I see my actual internet service.

If you want to do business with a company that deliberately overcharges seniors...THIS is the company. My mother in law moved to assisted living (whole building using same service) when she did they raised her rates almost $20 and without adding any services! These people are on fixed incomes...why would you take more from them?
