The entire crew helped make the best of a trying situation. As we were getting ready to head home after a few fantastic days of riding in the Smokies, our Can-Am Spyder had a mechanical failure. With the assistance of a few of the staff, we were able to get the vehicle jumped, then towed to their Kodak location. They then off loaded into a rental truck so that we could transport it the 7 hours home. Hannah was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process, exactly the kind of person you want to work with when things aren't going as planned. Tyler and the rest of the drivers showed care and detail in all of the transportation processes. Not the end of a holiday that we had planned, but this team definitely helped make it more tolerable.

Waited over 3 hours for the driver to show up. Was told
1 hr away then 23 minutes then 20 minutes and then 23 minutes again and then 8 minutes. Nothing but a bunch of lies. Poor business practices.

I recently had to use Hanover Wrecker while traveling through Tennessee and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. The team at Hanover was professional, courteous, and efficient. The dispatcher quickly assessed my situation and arrived within the estimated time.
The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with care. They made sure to explain everything they were doing and reassured me throughout the process. What could have been a stressful situation was made much easier by their professionalism and expertise.
If you’re in need of a reliable and trustworthy wrecker service, I highly recommend Hanover Wrecker Service. They turned a tough situation into a smooth experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

This company is ran by some of the most amazing people you could ever find. Tyler and Krysten saved my family just a few nights ago. We were broken down on the side of an interstate, over 5 hours away from home. We had a really long day and I won't detail all of that, but finally thought we had our van running again, got on the interstate and bam, it began to slowly die on us. We coasted it as far as we could, but was about 1 mile short of a rest stop. It was late at night, completely dark, and the big trucks and cars were flying by us. My kids were scared and if being honest so was I. We decided to walk down the road in the dark to make it to the rest stop at least. Tyler talked to my husband on the phone and when he found out the day we had all ready had, and that we were stuck and had our kids and suitcases too, and found out we had no idea where to even go, how to even get there...he said...don't worry about, were going to take care of you. And he did. Tyler and Krysten showed up with two wreckers, and got all four of us safely to a hotel and got our van towed to a nearby mechanic. They were both very friendly and made sure once we got to the hotel that we had thought to get our major things back out of the van, and Tyler told my husband that if we needed anything else, or a ride tomorrow, to call him. The next morning, we struggled to find a car to rent and when we finally found one, it was miles away at an airport, and we talked to them again and Jacobe showed up in a van and gave us a ride all the way to the airport so that we could get a vehicle and get back home in Ohio. He was so very friendly and nice and it's just hard to put into words how good all three of these people were to us. When they say they are going to take care of you, they mean it, and you can tell they genuinely cared about our safety. They far exceeded any towing service I have ever had in my life, they didn't just tow our van for us, they made sure my family was safe and that means more anything to me. I will forever be thankful to them.

Thank you to Kendal from Hanover for diagnosing the problem with the lug nuts on my flat tire. Another service company couldn't get them off to change my flat tire. I called for a tow truck thinking that was my only option at the time. But Kendal said the chrome caps on the lug nuts were stripped and wouldn't allow them to be removed. He used a screwdriver and hammer to remove three of the caps that were stripped and was able to easily remove the lug nuts after that. He put on the spare tire and we didn't have to be towed. Thank you so much to Kendal and Hanover. We were in Gatlinburg, TN and were able to get back on the road to Nashville because of his knowledge and skills.
