“The entire crew helped make the best of a trying situation. As we were getting ready to head home after a few fantastic days of riding in the Smokies, our Can-Am Spyder had a mechanical failure. With the assistance of a few of the staff, we were able to get the vehicle jumped, then towed to their Kodak location. They then off loaded into a rental truck so that we could transport it the 7 hours home. Hannah was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process, exactly the kind of person you want to work with when things aren't going as planned. Tyler and the rest of the drivers showed care and detail in all of the transportation processes. Not the end of a holiday that we had planned, but this team definitely helped make it more tolerable.”
